LEGAL & ETHICAL CONSIDERATIONS

The law gives the creators of literary, dramatic, musical, artistic works, sound recordings, broadcasts, films and typographical arrangement of published editions, rights to control the ways in which their material may be used.

The rights cover; broadcast and public performance, copying, adapting, issuing, renting and lending copies to the public.

In many cases, the creator will also have the right to be identified as the author and to object to distortions of his work.

International conventions give protection in most countries, subject to national laws.

In my work I have made sure to follow the copyright laws by making sure that all the images used on my brands are my own and/ or dessigned by myself, leaving me with copyright to them. I have made sure to keep the brand names original. I have made sure i have made the models in my promo shoot sign a consent form to keep it legal so i can use them. I have aslo made sure that there are no known brands in my photo shoot of the models or the energy drink brands as i have not asked the artists/ dessigners whether i can feature them in it.
